These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FullControl platform, websites, and related services (the "Service"), provided by FullControl ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
FullControl is business software offered by subscription to sports academies and training businesses. The Service includes scheduling, member management, billing tools, marketing tools, and AI-assisted workflows. The Service is provided to businesses and their authorized staff, not to consumers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the pricing published on our website or agreed in writing. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service after notice. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit to the Service. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating applicable law (including messaging and telemarketing law for communications you send through the Service), infringing the rights of others, attempting to breach security, or reselling the Service without our written consent.
Some features generate drafts or suggestions using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing and approving communications before they are sent on your behalf where the Service provides approval controls.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be notified to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
