Why this exists

Built by people just like you.

For ten years we have run our own basketball and performance training academies, and consulted for hundreds more across the board. The whole time we kept chasing the same question: how can we systemise the business so well that the owner only has to do the part that matters. Coaching. Relationships. Before you apply, so nothing is a surprise: if the call goes well and you want a seat, it is held with a $200 deposit that comes straight off your first month. We ask for it because the twenty five seats are real and we would rather they went to academies who are actually ready.

What does FullControl cost?
A founding seat is $349 a month, locked for as long as you stay around, with everything in the platform and no feature gates. That is the lowest price FullControl will ever be: the published rate after the founding cohort closes is higher. Larger multi-location clubs and anything custom we scope on the call.
Why is there a deposit?
There are twenty five founding seats and the scarcity is real: our onboarding capacity is the limit, not a marketing device. The $200 deposit comes off your first month, so it costs you nothing extra. It exists so the seats go to academies who are ready to start.
How long does onboarding take?
We do the heavy lifting: your schedule, members, billing and website are set up with you, typically inside a week. That capacity limit is why the waitlist exists.
Does the AI talk to my customers without me?
No. It drafts every reply and waits for your one-tap approval before anything is sent. You can tighten or relax that as your trust in it grows.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your member, schedule and payment data belongs to your business, and you can export it. See the privacy policy for the details.
Is there a contract? Can we cancel?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual plans are optional and discounted. The refund policy covers the specifics.
We are not a basketball academy. Does it still fit?
Yes. We started in basketball because we run basketball academies, and being our own first customer is why the details are right. Nothing in the product is basketball-specific: it handles training, teams, camps and clinics, and court or gym rentals, which is the same shape as a performance gym, a soccer club, a volleyball program or a baseball facility.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
Sports academies and training businesses: private training academies, clubs and facilities. It is B2B software for the operators who run them.
