This Privacy Policy describes how FullControl ("we", "us") collects and uses information in connection with the FullControl platform and websites (the "Service"). The Service is business software used by sports academies and training businesses.

• Account information: name, business name, email, phone, and billing details of business users.
• Customer data: information our business customers submit about their own members and leads in order to use the Service. We process this data on the business's behalf.
• Usage data: log and device information about how the Service is used, used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments; to communicate with account holders about the Service; and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

We share information with processors who help us run the Service, such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, and communications infrastructure, under agreements that limit their use of the data.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Businesses may request export or deletion of their data by contacting us; we will honor verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Children

The Service is directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; member data about minors is submitted and controlled by the business (for example, by a parent or guardian through the business's own registration process).
