This Privacy Policy describes how FullControl ("we", "us") collects and uses information in connection with the FullControl platform and websites (the "Service"). The Service is business software used by sports academies and training businesses.
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments; to communicate with account holders about the Service; and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
We share information with processors who help us run the Service, such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, and communications infrastructure, under agreements that limit their use of the data. This sharing excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which are not shared with any third party.
We retain data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Businesses may request export or deletion of their data by contacting us; we will honor verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service is directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; member data about minors is submitted and controlled by the business (for example, by a parent or guardian through the business's own registration process).
How we get consent. We only text people who ticked a text messaging box on one of our own forms, such as the founding seat application on this website. Giving us a phone number is not consent on its own, and we never buy or rent phone lists.
What we send. The consent box on our form covers two types of text messages: transactional messages (your application, your booked call, account updates) and marketing messages (product updates, events and offers). The box is never ticked for you, and you can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP.
Frequency, cost and opting out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call or text (754) 333-3079 or email hello@fullcontrol.io. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying FullControl. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the SMS section of our Terms of Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver the messages you asked for (for example our messaging platform), and never for their own use.
